9. Drayton Street is a project that we were given my very first studio class, done completely in hand rendering. It was a struggle and great learning curve, as this was my first site and client visit on a real life scale.
The client
Libbie Summers, an acclaimed chef, author, creative stylist and entrepreneur is known as the southern sweetheart of Savannah, Georgia.
the site
9. Drayton Street is located right on the corner of a busy road, surrounded by tall city buildings. This adjacency obstructs a large portion of natural light, however; a quiet alleyway is nestled along one of the sides. Offering an alternative entrance. There are three floors, with three entry points, aided by the accessibility of both elevator and stairs.
